ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Investing in Black-Owned Businesses

"You can give a man a fish and he will eat for a day; teach a man how to fish and he will eat for a year; but if you teach a man how to "own the Pond" he can become self sufficient and can help others, as well as himself." John Perkins

Hope United CDC is wholly committed to the philosophy of community development reflected in John Perkins quote.  Economic development in America must include investing in black-owned businesses.  In 2022 we will develop our strategy and business alignments.
